The staff are lovely and really care about the guests. It offers perfect service.

The hotel is in the very central location near Duomo. Moreover, it is near to the centre, and restaurants.

Location - EXCELLENT, so close to centre of Florence as well as a pedestrian area.

The rooms were all neat and new-fashioned with air conditioning and shower, for example.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a pedestrian area, close to the cafe, the heated towel rack, train station, and the downtown. Rooms with air conditioning had a quiet atmosphere. The food we tried was delicious and they have a wide range of meals to choose from. Overall the service was great. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

The people who managed this place were very nice. The room was clean, and adequate for our purpose, which was a two night stay to allow us to go sightseeting in Florence. I liked that they stocked the little fridge with some snacks and beverages for purchase! We were a block or two from the Duomo and very close to shopping and food. It is in the restricted driving zone, so plan ahead for parking if you bring a vehicle. Breakfast was some packaged croissants, yogurt, juice, coffee - basic but satisfactory.

The manager is very kind and attentive. The b&b is excelent, clean and ina great location. I highly recomend it.

I recently stayed at Adelaide House for 5 nights during my trip to Italy. The location to the city center was amazing! Being able to easily access the main attractions and train station made exploring Florence a breeze. The staff at Adelaide House were incredibly polite and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was lovely and clean, with beautiful paintings on the ceiling. Additionally, the restaurants recommended by the hotel were outstanding, providing the best dining experience of our entire trip.

This Bed and Breakfast was great! The rooms were spacious and clean, and it is located right next to the Duomo.

The only down side to Adelaide House B&B is that it is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator so if you're carrying heavy luggage be prepared to take it up the stairs.

This b&b is located just opposite duomo. Very central location. The room was very spacious. You can get them to book a tour for you when you arrive, which I managed to get one for the next day.

There is no lift in the building, so you'll need to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor.
